NEBOSH training: As good as it gets.

Our recent teaching practice appraisal, completed by NEBOSH on how we have delivered and continue to deliver our training program recently has blown us away. The praise levied at out organisation for how we teach the NEBOSH General National Certificate (GNC) was faultless. Four and a half pages of constant and detailed analysis interspaced with positive feedback on why what we are doing is the best practice. in the summary alone there is

"The approach is dynamic, reflective and grounded in supporting learner progress. The breadth of activities he employs, combined with effective feedback processes and strong contextualisation, creates a learning environment that supports learners to think critically and apply their knowledge with confidence."

The NEBOSH course is excellent for career development enabling individuals to feel far more confident when dealing with all management situations (not just health and Safety). For any person looking to take on this qualification, we urge you to read through our appraisal, then ask any alternative company to supply theirs (we doubt they will) and compare the two.
