The serious way to manage vehicles

Moving vehicles caused more fatalities on sites in the most recent year than any other safety hazard. On the roads there were almost 1,800 fatalities, one third of which were to do with a work activity. How do you manage your fleet of vehicles? Are they a constant headache?
