COSHH Practice not just theory

Its great to announce we have opened out our COSHH risk assessment workshop, developed for a large research organisation in Sheffield to all companies or organisations. The workshop is an extension to the basic theory either laid out in the NEBOSH NGC course or if you have completed a similar theory based course such as the Principles of COSHH or online equivalent

The workshop on Friday 3rd April shows a practical way forward to write effective and practical COSHH risk assessments, instead of just simply ticking the box approach or re-writing hundreds of Safety Data Sheets. We go through the interpretation of those sheets to determine what is necessary and relevant and therefore to be included onto the assessment but without overloading and confusing the document which, at the end of the day, has to be a working and understandable document.
